Are samples available for all your tiles?

Tile Samples are available to order for all of our stocked tiles and mosaics.

How do I order samples for the tiles I am interested in purchasing?

On each product page, where samples are available, look out for the Order Sample button, which can always be found towards the bottom of the page.

How many samples can I order?

You can order up to 3 samples per order.

Do you charge to send out samples?

The samples themselves are completely free of charge to order, however we do charge £5.95 for delivery to ensure the samples reach you in perfect condition.

How long will it take for my samples to arrive?

All samples ordered are generally delivered within 2-3 working days and are sent out via our dedicated courier service.

What size are the samples I will receive?

All samples we send out are cut down versions of larger tiles, they are not full tiles. Generally, for a standard floor or wall tile, the sample you will receive will be approximately half the size the standard tile, although this will vary from tile to tile. For mosaics, we send out small swatch samples.
