IMPORTANT: Shading is an inherent characteristic of most tiles. It is therefore important that customers order the correct quantities as no guarantee can be given to match the shade previously supplied. Please allow 10% extra than area to be covered to facilitate any cut tile requirments during installation.

RETURNS INFORMATION: For stocked tiles, full boxes of unused or unwanted tiles can be returned up to 28 days from the original order date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for tiles after 28 days has elapsed. Before installing your tiles, please ensure they are correct and suitable for use, as unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds or offer compensation once the tiles have been installed.
